For example, in 2016 the New York Law Journal released its Verdicts & Settlements Hall of Fame list for Premises Liability, which encompasses the reported awards of the last five years, and Wingate Russotti is listed six times. What’s even more impressive, though, is that five of those listings are for verdicts. The firm was also named in the New York Law Journal’s Medical Malpractice Hall of Fame in 2014, having three eight-figure verdicts and settlements.
