Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak, PLC is a personal injury law firm with its headquarters located in Minneapolis, Minnesota and an office in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition to the firm offices, we have a network of field representatives and investigators located throughout the United States.
Our attorneys have handled cases in approximately 40 states. The bulk of our work involves representing railroad workers for on-the-job injuries under a law called the Federal Employers' Liability Act, commonly referred to as the FELA. This law applies equally to railroads throughout the country and allows us to file a suit on behalf of our clients in federal or state court. In addition to claims under the FELA, YJB has a general negligence department which handles automobile and aviation accident cases along with product liability claims.
We have been representing injured people and their families since 1929. Currently, 13 attorneys are working for YJB. Our capable support staff of investigators, paralegals, secretaries, file clerks, receptionists, and law clerks brings our total staff to about 55 employees. This gives us the necessary strength to deal with the large law firms and claims departments utilized by the various railroads and insurance companies that we encounter.
