Yuriy Rudyuk is a partner in Van Bael & Bellis' Brussels office. He specialises in international trade law with a particular focus on trade protection measures (i.e., anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, safeguard investigations) involving exporters from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
Yuriy regularly represents key CIS exporters in EU anti-dumping proceedings concerning a wide variety of products including tubes, ferrous alloys, steel, chemicals and fertilizers. He also represents exporters in trade defence proceedings initiated by the Customs Union of Belarus-Kazakhstan-Russia and Ukraine.
