"Taylor represented my company, and several other stakeholders in the Long Creek Watershed. Bill was instrumental in leading the owners, and the various LCWS committee's towards a resolution which will have the best chance of cleaning the watershed to meet federal standards at the least cost to owners. The LCWS owes Bill a great deal of gratitude."
