Warren Lewis has practiced law for more than 27 years. He has authored numerous franchising articles in business publications. Warren has testified before Congress and frequently speaks at U.S. and international franchise conferences. He published a study on the use of earnings claims by U.S. franchisors in 1988, which has been cited favorably by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and the Committee on Small Business of the U.S. House of Representatives. Warren released a second study on the same topic in 1992.
