W. Andrew McLauchlin is the principal of McLauchlin & Associates, recognized as one of Canada’s leading construction law boutiques and recipient of the ACQ Global Awards, 2009 and 2012, for Construction Law Firm of the Year - Canada. He has practiced exclusively in the area of construction law since his call to the Bar in 1975. He has practiced trial and appellate advocacy at all levels of court. He is experienced in all forms of alternate dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration and . Mr. McLauchlin is a former instructor at the Bar Admission Course and is a former lecturer at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Engineering and a member of the teaching faculty of The Canadian Mechanical Contracting Education Foundation and the University of Waterloo.
