Vsevolod Baibak received a Law Degree at the St. Petersburg State University. In 2004, he presented his Ph.D. on thesis “Claim under obligation as an object of civil turnover”.
Vsevolod is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association since 2001.
Vsevolod serves as Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law at the Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg and gives lectures at the leading law institutes in Moscow.
Vsevolod Baibak is a well-known expert in Construction, Maritime law, Insurance law and International Litigation and Arbitration. His expertise includes representing leading foreign and Russian companies in courts and arbitration courts of the Russian Federation, advising a client in the construction of Olympic facilities in Sochi, representing foreign companies in the international arbitration institutions, acting on behalf of ship-owners in the Maritime Arbitration Commission (MAC) of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
