Vince is a creative, personable and persuasive lawyer. He spends time building relationships with his clients, because he believes in understanding their issues and goals. Clients quickly become loyal to him because they find he solves their small and large problems with care, and helps steer them through the day-to-day issues to keep their human resources working smoothly. While Vince works hard to keep people out of court and arbitration, he is a very skilled litigator who represents his clients vigorously and with thorough attention to detail.
Vince advises and represents public and private sector employers in labour and employment law, workers' compensation and human rights. He focuses in particular on collective agreement issues and wrongful dismissals. Vince has acted as chief spokesperson and adviser for employers in first contract and renewal collective agreement situations involving a broad range of public and private sector trade unions. Vince represents small and large employers based locally, nationally and globally, mostly in the mining, banking, aviation, retail and manufacturing sectors.
