Tim Shusta practices in the area of commercial litigation. He practices primarily in admiralty and maritime law, insurance, business and finance, environmental law and tort litigation. His practice includes a broad range of maritime cases, including Jones Act and LHWCA personal injury claims, commercial and recreational diving cases, collision cases, cargo claims, pollution, contract, charter party disputes, limitation of liability, maritime liens, FD&D, general liability claims, and salvage, including treasure salvage cases. In litigation matters his practice includes both commercial and recreational maritime cases representing clients in insurance, commercial and tort litigation at the trial and appellate level. Mr. Shusta is also experienced in maritime-related transactions, including shipyard contracts, vessel purchases, vessel foreclosure and other maritime contracts. His non-maritime litigation practice includes defense of significant personal injury claims, commercial matters, insurance coverage matters, and products liability claims.
