Tim Broas is a partner in the litigation department of the Washington, D.C. office of Winston & Strawn LLP.   He concentrates his practice in white-collar criminal defense, securities litigation, corporate internal investigations, and congressional investigations.Mr. Broas represents individuals and entities in grand jury, congressional, and internal corporate investigations, and in trials and appeals, in a broad range of substantive areas, including securities, banking, bribery, money laundering, campaign finance, labor and employment, government contracts, antitrust, health care, tax, and food-and-drug laws, among others. He also represents financial institutions in commercial and securities arbitrations.  On the civil side, Mr. Broas handles securities and product liability litigation.
