Served as a sole or panelist arbitrator in more than eight hundred cases since 1985.  Practice limited to service as a full-time ADR neutral, principally arbitration, since 2000.  Frequent service as chair of three-arbitrator panels. Case History

International (ICDR) Arbitration — An international arbitration between Belgian and Brazilian owners of an oil & gas refinery and trading partnership relating to a corporate governance dispute and valuation of the refinery following exercise of one owner's "put" rights.  (Panel Chair)
Domestic (non-administerred, under CPR Rules) Arbitration — A domestic arbitration between a U.S. State government and a major oil company involving claims for royalty income damages arising out of production curtailments and pipeline replacements in a major U.S. oil field.  (Panel Chair)
International (ICDR) Arbitration — An international pharmaceutical licensing dispute between U.S. and Indian parties.  (Panel Chair) 
Domestic (AAA) Arbitration — A domestic arbitration between 50/50 owners of a marine refueling terminal and tank farm involving claims of breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty by the LLC's Managing Member.  (Panel Chair).
International (ICC) Arbitration — An international arbitration between U.S. and Austrian parties arising out of the sale of a software company  involving claims of breaches of representations and warranties given by the sellers.  (Neutral Panelist)
