Stephen Rebikoff practices in commercial and administrative law, with a particular focus on intellectual property and technology, media and telecommunications, competition law and trade practices.
Prior to coming to the bar, Stephen was a Federal Court judge's associate and a solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques. He holds First Class Honours degrees in Arts and Law from the Australian National University and a Master of Laws (First Class) from the University of Cambridge, where he specialised in intellectual property, competition and public law.
Stephen has published in the areas of intellectual property, privacy and administrative law, and is a senior reporter for the Federal Court Reports and Federal Law Reports. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand and a volunteer lawyer with the Arts Law Centre of Australia.
