Stephen F. Fruin

Mr. Fruin focuses his practice on Business Reorganization & Bankruptcy. Mr Fruin has extensive experience in Pre-bankruptcy Planning, Chapter 11 Reorganizations, Creditors Committee Representation, and Bankruptcy Litigation. He serves as Senior Counsel in our Baltimore office. He received his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, and his B.A. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
