I am the Chair of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings' Environmental and Toxic Tort Practice Group and Team Leader of the Environmental, Land Use, and Natural Resources Litigation Team. My clients are involved in petroleum refining, natural gas distribution, coal and aggregate mining, cement manufacturing, steel and equipment manufacturing, paint and chemicals production and distribution, banking, finance, and real estate development.

I have 25 years of litigation experience, including 20 years concentrating in the areas of environmental litigation and toxic tort litigation.

I also have substantial experience in administrative, transactional, and due diligence matters, including transactions involving natural resources and contaminated properties; brownfield redevelopment; permitting; regulatory compliance; emergency and accident response; environmental insurance; and investigation, removal, and remediation efforts associated with environmental spills and clean-up of contaminated sites.
