Seth Waxman is a former federal prosecutor and nationally recognized white collar criminal defense with more than two decades of experience handling high profile sensitive criminal and civil matters. Seth handles a wide array of challenging cases, ranging from the Flint water criminal investigation to complex internal investigations for Fortune 500 companies. Seth is a seasoned trial lawyer, having been lead counsel in more than sixty jury trials, thirty bench trials, and fifteen matters on appeal. His criminal law practice covers a wide range of financial crimes and public corruption matters, including health care fraud, bank fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), environmental crimes, whistleblower matters, securities fraud, cybersecurity matters, Ponzi schemes, gaming matters, and other cases involving charges of wire/mail fraud, bribery, money laundering, conspiracy, racketeering and related charges. Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Seth worked for 13 years in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia where he led hundreds of public corruption, fraud and violent crime investigations.
