Ross Moskowitz focuses on real estate development with an emphasis on land use, zoning, public-private partnerships, environmental and tax abatement and exemption issues. He also structures multi-faceted projects involving public-private development and financing arrangements. He regularly represents developers, institutional investors, investment management groups and not-for-profit institutions seeking discretionary zoning approvals and appears before governmental agencies such as the New York City Planning Commission and the Landmarks Preservation Commission. He advises financial service, media companies and professional service firms regarding their strategic plans for multiple occupancies throughout the metropolitan area. He is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee.
