Mr. Cox represents the region’s leading financial institutions, businesses, and agricultural producers. His practice is focused in complex commercial and agricultural bankruptcies, trustee litigation, restructuring and workouts, commercial real estate, and representation of franchised motor vehicle dealerships. Mr. Cox is resident in Underwood's Amarillo office, but his practice is statewide, and he appears in bankruptcy courts throughout Texas. He has also served as Debtor in Possession counsel for publicly traded entities for whom he has successfully obtained confirmed plans of reorganization. Mr. Cox also provides meditation services in bankruptcy, real estate, and agribusiness disputes.
