Rudy routinely handles corporate transactions, commercial financing transactions, transactions relating to real estate development, general business, and healthcare matters.
His experience also includes representing various individuals and entities in the acquisition and formation of health, property, casualty, and life insurance companies. Additionally, he represents insurers in various regulatory, corporate, and financial matters.
A member of Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi, Rudy has lectured on buying and selling businesses.

Rudy represents insurers in connection with their regulatory issues, mergers and acquisitions and counsels insurers on their contractual and other business relationships.
