Rodney Martin is a partner in the Grand Rapids, Michigan, office of the law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP (www.wnj.com), where he chairs the Financial Services Practice Group. Rodney has represented financial institutions for nearly thirty years on bank regulatory issues involving involving examinations, mergers, acquisitions, and the expansion of banking activities. He regularly counsels clients regarding compliance with federal and state laws governing consumer credit, deposits, fair lending and financial privacy. In addition, Rodney serves as the firm's Diversity Partner.
Rodney graduated from Kalamazoo College (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was Managing Editor of the Michigan Law Review.
