Ms. Anderson handles a broad range of insurance recovery claims under liability and property policies, but she has particular experience with claims involving product recalls or food contamination, additional insured coverage disputes, business interruption and environmental or toxic tort liability. In addition to her policyholder work, Ms. Anderson also defends employers, ERISA plans and fiduciaries in a wide range of employee benefit litigation.
