He regularly counsels corporations and shareholders on fiduciary duty matters. He has appeared as lead counsel for clients in courts throughout the United States.
As a trial lawyer, Bob has handled hundreds of commercial and intellectual property cases across the country, many through trial and appeal. He served as lead trial counsel for clients in patent litigation in California and Florida, trade secret litigation in California, and copyright litigation in the Southern District of Texas. He has represented clients as lead counsel in matters of corporate governance and fiduciary disputes, trade secret litigation, life insurance coverage and settlement litigation, broker dealer disputes and securities litigation, and merger-and-acquisition litigation.
