Is a founding partner in the law firm of Maciorowski,Sackmann & Ulrich,LLP, specializing in the practice of worker's compensation and related liabilities. He is known nationally for his ability to evaluate and implement programs for employers that result in substantial cost savings. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Illinois Benedictine College in 1971 and his Doctorate of Law from DePaul University,College of Law in 1974. His court admissions include the United States Supreme Court and his Martindale Hubbell rating is the highest available. He has participated in the negotiations of workers' compensation amendments and is a founding member of the National Workers' Compensation DefenseNetwork. In 2007, he was named a Fellow in Workers' Compensation by the American Bar Association.
