Client Comments

"Mr. Taps has made several successful Medicaid appeals on my family's behalf which speaks for itself. His ability to grasp complex matters quickly, as well as his phenomenal memory for newly-introduced detail in addition to his outstanding mastery of the fine points of the law, make him a pleasure to work with, especially in financially complex situations. Although his outstanding abilities could make him seem intimidating, his demeanor makes him easy to talk to and work with whatever your age or gender. His recommendations are given in such a way that you know your other options and feel that you are fully participating in the process. He is dependably accessible and can and will patiently explain any matter in terms anyone can understand. He is generous with his knowledge and practical experience. His willingness to educate his clients and others is apparent in the Ohio Medicaid Manual he wrote and makes available to them. His courtesy and professionalism at all times make me confident his interactions with young heirs would make their jobs easier. In addition, his staff has made all contact with his office a very positive experience. My experience with Mr. Taps could not have been better."
