Client Comments

"I would recommend Rick Richter to anyone. His forte is commercial real estate transactions, and that has been the nature of my professional relationship with him. Rick not only knows the law, but understands the business side of the transaction as well. To me, that is what sets him apart. He is like having a partner in the deal. Rick has on numerous occasions come up with ideas to make the economics of a transaction better, something not many lawyers can do. He has become a trusted representative and a good friend."
