Richard J. Maddin is Of Counsel to the Maddin, Hauser, Roth & Heller, P.C. and has practiced law for more than 45 years. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and University of Detroit Law School. His areas of practice include general business, commercial and residential real estate construction, corporate, land use planning, zoning and probate law. Mr. Maddin is a litigator, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in the above-described areas of practice, including also the areas of real estate construction, zoning, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice, and he is a certified mediator. He is a member of the real estate, litigation, and ADR sections of the State Bar of Michigan and the Southfield and Oakland Bar Associations.
