Rebecca Burnham represents real estate development interests primarily in connection with the acquisition, planning, development, financing, operation and sale of real estate developments and also represents real estate interests in connection with legislative and public policy matters pertaining to economic development and land planning.

Cubs Spring Training Facility — Represent Cubs baseball organization in connection with Development Agreement and Facilities Use Agreement for the construction of a new spring training stadium, practice fields and other facilities (approximately $80 million), together with an Option Agreement intended to facilitate the development of hotel and retail facilities to complement the spring training facilities.
Freeport-McMoran Center — Represent landowner in connection with the acquisition and development of a mixed-use office-hotel-retail tower in downtown Phoenix including the purchase and development of the project, development and other agreements with the City of Phoenix and the governance structure (condo) for the project.
Eastmark Master-Planned Community — Represent developer of approximately 3000-acre master-planned community located in Mesa, Arizona in connection with entitlement of project, including incentive agreements and infrastructure finance plan (CFD's), and implementation of infrastructure finance plan.
