A native of Summerville, South Carolina, Randy has a long resume of administrative, healthcare, and environmental law credentials. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has certified him as an Environmental Specialist, and he is certified as a stormwater compliance inspector and as a stormwater pollution plan preparer as well. He has appeared before all appellate and trial court levels in South Carolina and before the federal district and circuit courts.
Additionally, he is a state certified circuit court arbitrator and has experience in corporate and business transactions. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law and is a frequent lecturer on legal issues. He has also testified before the South Carolina General Assembly on a number of issues.

S.C. State Ports Authority — Represent the Ports Authority in a number of transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters, including the Charleston Harbor Deepening and construction of the Charleston Navy Base Marine Container Terminal.
South Carolina Electric & Gas Co. — Represent SCE&G in a number of litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters, including the construction of two new nuclear units.
Palmetto Railways — Represent Palmetto Railways in the planning and construction of an intermodal container transfer facility.
