Jay Tabor is a partner in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Dallas office.  He is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Energy and Infrastructure practice groups.

Mr. Tabor has a national reputation as a “go to” corporate lawyer for companies in their most important transactions.  He is the youngest Texas-based attorney to be ranked inChambers USA’s most recent client guide in its most elite “Band 1” category as a leading Corporate/ M&A lawyer.  He has been recognized consistently by the publication since 2005.

Mr. Tabor graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1990.  He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in American Studies from Oklahoma Christian University, where he graduated summa cum laude in 1986.
