Polly L. McNeill is a founding member of Summit Law Group, a firm started in 1997. Polly's practice emphasizes regulatory counseling, contract negotiations and administrative law. Her experience ranges from general land use representation for commercial and industrial development projects to regulatory counseling and advocacy for utilities, solid waste and hazardous waste activities. Her work includes all aspects of the State Environmental Policy Act, including review and preparation of environmental documentation for a variety of projects, as well as litigation of subsequent appeals. Polly has particular expertise in working with local jurisdictions and state regulatory resource agencies. She has participated in adjudications and hearings before many local governments and before several state administrative tribunals, and has taken several matters through appeals to the Washington State Supreme Court.

Remediation — Remediation of hazardous waste contamination and brownfields development of real property in the Puget Sound area (Weyerhaeuser Company, DuPont de Nemours, Inc., Ambaum Station LP).
