Morgan; J.P. Morgan Chase in its merger with Bank One Corporation; NorthFork Bancorporation in its offer for Dime Bancorp; Texas Commerce Bankshares in its acquisition of Ameritrust Texas; SunTrust in its merger with National Commerce; Schneider, S.A. of France in various merger and acquisition matters; and NASDAQ in connection with the regulatory approval of its SuperMontage trading platform.
