Paul Harricks is a partner in Gowlings' Toronto office. He is chair of the Energy and Infrastructure Group and former herad of the Business Law department.
Paul has a primarily transactions-based practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (in a variety of sectors), energy and infrastructure, project development and finance, consumer finance and cards and corporate finance. He acts for a wide range of Canadian and foreign corporations, investment dealers, banks and financial institutions.
