Paul G. Durdaller has more than 25 years of experience representing financial institutions and other creditors in all aspects of creditors’ rights. As a member of the Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Service Group, Paul also represents committees, trustees, examiners and receivers. Paul's practice focuses on creditors’ rights, loan workouts and restructuring, troubled asset management and dispositions, bankruptcy proceedings and the related commercial litigation. He also represents lenders in connection with the documentation and closing of interest rate SWAP loans and asset based loans.
His litigation practice includes suits on notes and guaranties, lender liability claims, participation disputes, receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors, writs of immediate possession, personal property foreclosures including public and private sales, confirmation of real property foreclosure sales, deficiency suits, involuntary bankruptcy proceedings, avoidance and recovery of preferential and fraudulent transfers under the Bankruptcy Code and the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, and suits to deny the discharge of indebtedness in bankruptcy cases.

He has successfully represented senior management committees in several bankruptcy cases including management’s $175M acquisition of Tender Loving Care Home Health Care Services, Inc. in its bankruptcy case.
