Patrick L. Vaccaro a Shareholder in the White Plains, New York office of Jackson Lewis P.C., is head of the Firm’s Lateral Recruitment Initiative and the Firm’s Marketing function. He is also a member of the Firm’s Management Committee.
From 2006 to 2012, Mr. Vaccaro served as the Firm-wide Managing Shareholder, leading the Firm through an era of unprecedented growth and success.
Prior to 2006, he served as Vice Chair of the Firm, headed the Firm’s marketing and business development function, and for twenty-five years was Managing Shareholder of the Firm's White Plains, New York office with the responsibility for over forty professionals. In his more than forty-seven years of practice, Mr. Vaccaro has represented employers in virtually every conceivable type of labor and employment law matter. His areas of practice include: Health Care Labor and Employment Law, Labor Law, Including Preventive Practices, Arbitration and Collective Bargaining, Management Education, Including E-Based Training and Public Sector Bargaining, Mediation and Fact Finding.

He has written articles for legal, business and professional journals on the subject of workplace law and wrote the highly acclaimed "Speaking of the Law" column for Human Resource Executive Magazine. He also has the distinction of being selected as a judge for the inaugural Robert F. Wagner Memorial National Labor Law Competition.
Mr. Vaccaro is a member of the New York State Bar Association (1982 – Present) and is admitted to practice in New York (1966). He is also an active member of The Columbian Lawyers Association (1989 – Present), The Business Council of Westchester (1981 – Present) and Board of Directors Member (2002 – Present).Mr. Vaccaro received his B.S. from New York University School of Commerce and was a recipient of the School’s Founder’s Day Award; and his J.D. from New York University School of Law. After law school, he also received his Master’s Degree in Labor Law (LL.M) from the New York University Graduate School of Law.
