Paige L. Taylor serves as a Partner in the Dallas office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. Her practice focuses on advising and representing clients in the telecommunication, technology, engineering and electronics industries. Ms. Taylor has extensive experience with counseling multinational corporations on immigration practice and policy issues arising from corporate reorganizations, mergers, name changes and layoffs; managing PERM programs; H-1, L-1, TN, O-1, and J-1 nonimmigrant visas; and public access and I-9 program compliance and improvement. Ms. Taylor has also developed a practice representing entertainers, athletes, scientists, researchers, and healthcare professionals.
Ms. Taylor has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America in the field of Immigration Law. In addition, Ms. Taylor has written several immigration-related articles and is the author of the annual Texas Tech Law Review Fifth Circuit Survey on Immigration Law. Ms. Taylor has served on numerous committees for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), including the Texas Service Center Liaison Committee from 2004-2006 and the California Service Center Liaison Committee from 2007-2009. She currently serves on the Nebraska Service Center Liaison Committee. Ms. Taylor also serves on the Board of Directors for the Refugee Services of Texas.
