Experience — Mr. Shetterly began his legal career handling commercial, construction, insurance, and property rights litigation in State, Federal and Administrative courts. Since coming to Ogletree Deakins in 2000, Mr. Shetterly has continued to handle commercial litigation, construction litigation and insurance litigation. Mr. Shetterly routinely advises clients on best employment practices, FMLA, ADA, Title VII compliance, wage issues, policies and procedures. Mr. Shetterly is one of the office’s primary litigators, representing the firm’s clients before state and federal courts. Mr. Shetterly represents many of the largest construction companies and financing companies in their employment matters, commercial matters, and construction matters.
