Michael G. Oliva assists domestic and international corporations with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and other business transactions. He has 35 years experience in administrative and regulatory law before both state and federal agencies and appellate courts, involving gas and electric energy, pipelines, telecommunications and securities. Mr. Oliva joined the Loomis Law Firm in 1978 after earning a law degree from the University of Michigan.
