FortisBC 2010-2011 Natural Gas Revenue Requirements Application — Acted for the applicant, which is the largest natural gas utility in British Columbia, in setting rates for a two year period.
Terasen Gas Inc. Application For Biomethane Service — Lead counsel for Terasen Gas Inc. in its application to the Utilities Commission for approval of its investment in biomethane supply projects, and the necessary cost allocation and rate structures to support a biomethane service offering.
British Columbia Transmission Corporation Thermal Upgrade Project — Acted as counsel for British Columbia Transmission Corporation in an application for public interest approval of a thermal upgrade of two 500kV transmission lines. The thermal upgrade project was the first project advanced by BC Transmission Corporation under its Transmission Expansion Policy, which contemplates construction of infrastructure in advance of committed contracts.
AltaLink Management Ltd. 1043L (904L) Rebuild Project Located Between Jack Fish Lake Areaand Petrolia 816S Substation and Keephills 320P Substation / 1043L 240 kV Transmission Line Project Located Between Jack Fish Lake Area — Lead counsel for AltaLink in a Facility Application before the Alberta Utilities Commission to construct a 50 km high voltage transmission line to Edmonton, Alberta.
British Columbia Transmission Corporation Open Access Transmission Tariff — Counsel to British Columbia Transmission Corporation. Obtained approval of tariff amendments in accordance with FERC Order No. 890.
