Mark Baeverstad focuses his practice on the areas of commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, and personal injury litigation.
Mr. Baeverstad graduated from Hope College in 1978 with a Bachelor's Degree in English and Political Science. He obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Syracuse University in 1981, graduating magna cum laude. He is the author of "Social Choices and Contributory Negligence" published in the Loyola University Law Journal in 1982. Mr. Baeverstad is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the Defense Trial Council of Indiana and past president of Litigation Section of the Indiana Bar Association. He has been voted by his peers as an Indiana Super Lawyer and as one of the Best Lawyers in Indiana and America. He has also served in leadership positions on several boards of not-for-profit organizations in Indiana.
