Sanum knit vs Kingsway insurance (CA) — The Court of Appeal granted our Appeal and allowed us to involve by forced intervention a third party potentially responsible for damages even if the insurer had refused to pay the insured''s claim. This is sort of an anticipated subrogatory claim, which was not possible before this decision, which is now changing the law and the caselaw
