She has an extended career in the field of academics as well as in the legal practice regarding enterprises under insolvencies. She has 15 years of experience managing civil, corporate and insolvencies legal issues.
Since joining JAUSAS in July 2008, she has been advising companies on how to achieve their refinancing and restructuring objectives (either in pre-bankruptcy or in bankruptcy proceedings) from a debtor’s and creditor’s perspective. She also advises purchasers of productive insolvency units.
She has a PHD in Law from the University of Barcelona, with a Thesis on La vis attractiva del proceso concursal. Since the academic year 1994/1995 she has been lecturing in civil procedural and penal law, an introduction to procedural and insolvency law at the University of Barcelona Department of Procedural Law.
