She has reviewed more than 1000 employment termination decisions, been responsible for more than 100 employment investigations, and negotiated union agreements. She has tried cases in state and federal court, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Ms. Palmer has a consistent track record of successfully resolving employment disputes.

Ms. Palmer graduated from Rice University in 1989 with a degree in English and Economics. In 1993, the University of Houston Law Center awarded Ms. Palmer a juris doctorate magna cum laude. Ms. Palmer was a member of the Houston Law Review. Upon graduating, Ms. Palmer served as a briefing attorney for the Supreme Court of Texas.
