Joseph J. Stroble practices in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and is a member of BABC’s Life Sciences Industry Team. Jay has a diverse, national litigation practice. He is experienced with handling large matters which are electronic discovery intensive. He focuses throughout discovery on preparing cases for trial, with a particular emphasis on company witness and expert witness development.
His areas of practice include class action litigation, product liability litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, commercial litigation, and professional malpractice defense.
