Jonathan is the Lead Partner of the Firm's Process Standards and Practices Group (“PSP”), which defines, implements and supports process efficiencies, best practices and consistency across all Fragomen offices worldwide. In this role, he leads a team of professionals who identify challenges, establish strategies and implement process improvements utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Jonathan facilitates collaboration with Fragomen’s other internal practice groups and resources (such as technology, reporting and training teams) to proactively work with clients firm-wide to implement consistent best practices.
Jonathan also manages a team of immigration professionals working primarily with high-volume clients in many industries, including high-tech, information technology, consulting, manufacturing, oil & gas, and accounting. He has extensive experience across all areas of U.S. immigration law—including mergers and acquisitions and due diligence consideration; risk management assessments for global immigration programs including U.S. Department of Labor and I-9 compliance, economics and policy development; U.S. Department of Labor regulations, policies and practices; and U.S. and foreign consular affairs. This gives him a unique and knowledgeable perspective on problem solving, improvement initiatives and strategic case management.
Jonathan is a Lean Certified Agent and Six Sigma Green Belt trained.
