Mr. Landau has a wealth of experience in all phases of immigration law. The emphasis of Mr. Landau's practice is on all aspects of business and employment-law visas, asylum law, and family law waivers. He currently represents corporations, non-profits, professional and individuals in immigration matters throughout the United States.
Mr. Landau was the attorney in the BIA Precedent Decision In re O-Z- & I-Z- (Int Dec 3346, 1998) which has served as the legal basis for hundreds of favorable asylum decisions for asylum seekers from around the world. Mr. Landau is listed in Best Lawyers of America and is also recognized as the 2015 Lawyer of the Year for Immigration Law in Philadelphia. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and previously served as Chair of AILA’s Philadelphia Chapter. He is an honors graduate of Rutgers University and a graduate of the Cornell Law School. Mr. Landau is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court in Pennsylvania, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
