John F. Triggs has tried more than 115 jury and non-jury cases, has argued more than 60 appeals in state and federal courts, and has handled scores of arbitrations and injunction proceedings. Mr. Triggs, a member of the patent bar, has extensive experience in patent, copyright, trademark, brand protection, counterfeiting and trade secret matters. He also has a broad range of experience with trials involving product liability defense, unfair competition, insurance coverage, real estate syndication, contracts, bankruptcy, Uniform Commercial Code matters, civil rights, securities fraud, personal injury, admiralty, consumer product safety, partnership law, real estate leases, professional liability and white collar criminal defense, among others. Currently, Mr. Triggs counsels clients throughout the United States and abroad on litigation and strategic business matters. He also serves as special counsel to the Milwaukee Brewers AAA franchise, the Nashville Sounds. Previously he served as a Shareholder in the New York City office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP for seven years.
