Mr. McFall is certified as a labor law specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has represented management exclusively in the area of labor and employment law for over 35 years throughout the United States and the Caribbean. His extensive experience includes the handling of representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and all aspects of compliance with employment laws, discrimination laws, handicap/disability laws, and wage-hour laws. A significant part of his practice also includes counseling employers in regard to a wide variety of employee relations matters, such as sexual harassment, workforce reorganizations and reductions, substance abuse and workplace technology issues. He was selected for inclusion in the 2006-2007 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Mr. McFall has lectured at numerous meetings and seminars on labor and employment law and employee relations matters, including American Management Association, American Arbitration Association, American Electronics Association, American Society of Personnel Administrators, American Steel Founders’ Society, CBS Evening News with Dan Rather, Council on Education in Management, Dallas-Ft.
