Jennifer Stam is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office, practising in the area of corporate restructuring. For the past number of years, Jennifer has acted as one of the lead partners on a number of complex multi-jurisdictional matters, including company counsel to Nortel Networks and monitor counsel in Sino-Forest. She also has acted on a variety of other matters in a wide range of sectors, both domestic and international.
Jennifer regularly publishes and speaks in this area of law. She is on the board of directors of the Toronto chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and an active member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, INSOL International, and the Insolvency, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights section of the International Bar Association.
