Jean-François De Rico is a partner at Langlois lawyers’ office and a member of its Executive Committee . He practices in the areas of information technology law and commercial litigation.
In the area of information technology law, he advises organizations on governance and regulatory compliance, on the negotiating and drafting of contracts, the protection of personal information and the management and lincensing of intellectual property rights. He also provides advice on the development of software applications, the outsourcing of IT services, the supply and procurement of IT equipment and the implementation of E-business processes.
In addition, he assists clients in the drafting of organizational policies on the protection of personal information, electronic communications , information security and the management of electronic documents.
