I opened my solo law practice in January 2001, after more than six and a half years as the first in-house chief prosecutor and general counsel to the North Carolina Medical Board.
My practice is concentrated exclusively in healthcare professional rights, such as:
Healthcare licensing board matters
Insurance credentialing and deselection
Military medical credentialing
Litigation regarding the requirement for a license
I am an American Health Lawyers Association trained Peer Review Hearing Officer and often serve as a hearing officer at hospital fair hearings.
