Born in Wilmington, NC, Mr. Trask was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1972 and the South Carolina Bar in 1974. He has over 35 years of practice in the defense of workers' compensation claims, including acting as Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Commission. Over the years, he has given numerous speeches and presentations to organizations, self-insured groups, and employers' associations in regard to workers' compensation issues.
Mr. Trask is actively involved in the community through St. Andrews Church and in the fight against poverty through his work with The Lamb Institute and the Palmetto Medical Initiative.
